What we collect

If you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact details, your preferred way of being contacted, and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing and we do not share them with third parties, except any service provider that delivers the form submission to us.

Booking

When online booking launches, your booking details (name, contact details, chosen treatment and appointment time, and any deposit reference) will be used only to manage your appointment under this same policy. This page will be updated when that service goes live.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers; if a fully self-hosted setup is preferred, the fonts can be bundled with the site instead. If a booking widget, map embed or analytics tool is added later, this page and — where required — a consent banner must be updated to reflect it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting reception@silkbeautymalta.com. As we operate in Malta, you also have the rights set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
